Terms of Service

Sync My Cal is operated by Ops Automators ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use Sync My Cal.

Sync My Cal copies calendar events between calendars you connect, according to rules you configure. You're responsible for the accounts you connect and for having the right to sync their data. You instruct us to read and write calendar data on your behalf when you create sync rules.

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; access it by automated means other than our published interfaces; connect accounts or sync data you don't have the right to access; use the service to store or transmit unlawful content; or resell the service without our written permission.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. After the trial, Pro is $7.99/month or $60/year (billed annually). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law; canceling stops future charges.

Your calendar data is yours — we claim no ownership of it. The Sync My Cal service, software, design, and branding are owned by Ops Automators and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while you have an account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We aim for reliable, near-real-time syncing but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and calendar providers' own outages or changes may affect the service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY — including missed, duplicated, modified, or deleted calendar events. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party — including syncing calendar data you were not authorized to access.

You can stop using Sync My Cal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. Upon termination, your stored tokens and configuration are deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll give notice (e.g., by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ops Automators is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to informal resolution.
